I've been watching your videos for years now, practicing and finally started My business. I've watched other channels but keep coming back to yours because you explain things better. Wish you had uploaded this week's ago when a customer asked for grass repair, your way would have saved me much time. Keep up the great work Nathan 👍
Hi Nathan, Which color profile should I use for M1 MacBook Pro ...should I be using default profile Colour LCD or change it to Adobe RGB or SRGB? pls help!
That's the tip of the iceberg. You first need to set color spaces in your camera, your editing software, then your monitor, and also calibration. These are things I cover in my courses at LearnRE.NathanCool.com and I think you'd also benefit from my book on mastering color at amzn.to/45kOlkK
Do you anticipate seeing MLS rules to begin changing as the remove tool is more commonly used? I forsee some changes around what is allowed due to misrepresenting properties. The grass seems small, but it does matter as the buyer will see it when they come to the home. I've got mixed feelings on it - I have my own principles that I operate within. I won't remove/edit out a lot of items if that is how the home will be presented to buyers.
No, MLS regulations won't likely change. I'm not sure if you watched the whole episode, but I show other existing techniques, which have been done for years. So nothing has changed legal/MLS-wise by using the Remove Tool, except that it can do a better job in some cases, especially the second example...it's just another tool. Also, as I discussed in this episode, how you approach it with your client for legal issues is what matters, so to address your comment about your principles vs. the client's, as I mentioned in this episode, this type of work is very common for non-MLS work, which has nothing to do with property features. So if you don't offer it then you will not get the gigs.

Thanks Nathan another one for my trick bag.

Hello Nathan, I had a quick question when you export your photos do you leave them as is or crop them to 4x3?
Great question! It's not a simple yes-or-no answer though. I'll put this on my todo list for an upcoming video.

Hello, I want to ask, how can I give the customer a price? If he requests, I will take 15 pictures of the hotel for him, for example ؟
