I really think in this day and age tarans really don't need to have a reload. No effects, less damage than even weapons with twice the range and effects, I really think it would be fine.
considering that both are t2 weapons, my choice will be taran, with orkan you find yourself mainly out of ammo, and cannot do much damage, maybe orkan can work on a gale, since gale can reload while healing, taran has better sustained dps than orkan, and fixed reload, even tho orkan has better burst.

I have level 10 mk1 Orkans on my nemesis. It's pretty fun in use with the absorber shield rocket ability. Just 2 rounds of using the nemesis' ability and the orkans are ready to fire again
@@rabbitbuddy1975 I'm In the Expert I League. I find in my experience that you can snag some easy skills on scorpions, nightingales, ao juns, and hawks, and pretty much any robot in t3 or lower. Some higher leveled scorpions and ravanas can really challenge the setup as well as tanks with extra resistance like upgraded fenrirs. I cant really take those down alone. However it's a really fun robot and it can handle itself in the league I'm in, Chau!!
@@asamioth actually, Cryos aren't as direct as Orkan. Orkan just fires damaging rocket, while Cryo, freezes the target over time (fast or slow), and fires more rockets. Cryo is just generally better, though, because higher ammo compassity and the freeze effect.
Orkan need an ammo buff. Its not fair how it have like 30% the amount of ammo a cryo have. It should at least have 70%-80% ammo that cryo have to make it better, but not better than cryo

Orkans have been struck HARD by pixo, they are now only better than tarans on hit and run bots like scorpion, so, unless im going to use them on a scorpion tarans, however there are better weapons, flames instead of tarans and cryos instead of orkans

I would say Tarans, but all the Shells/Arthurs on the battlefield give the Orkans an edge.

12 seconds is perfect for wasp and hornet, it balances to make sure that if the reload were lower then it wouldn’t be too overpowered

Cryo is still much better it has higher ammo capcaity and faster reload and the frezzing makes you deal even more damage
