I know that, the last time I tried testing twisted metal in version 0.0.31 the frame rate was still unstable and there were several glitches

for the settings, I always follow the rpcs3 web wiki, how to type the name of the game you want to play, for example, type in google god of war 3 rpcs3, then there will be settings on the rpcs3 web wiki, just follow the settings.
