@jeffmaher9704 Ah, I see. Well, first of all - I upload videos and then schedule them to become available at a given time (rather than dumping them all in one go). During that time, you'll be able to see on a playlist that a video has been uploaded but is not available. Aside from that, videos sometimes have to be removd as a matter of copyright. Sometimes the music in a video may become restricted, in which case the video will simply disappear from view (without my being aware of it) - but I've also had to take down a few videos because the authors have agents or literary estates who have instructed me to do so. In the case of The Rivals I would have thought that the writers are all in the public domain so there may be other parties involved with the production who have a right to ask for the removal. Obviously its disappointing when something has to be taken down like that, but its of course perfectly reasonable for people to have control over the dissemination of their work - and takedown requests are a very civilised way of doing it, compared to just hitting a channel with a strike, so I can't complain.
