Main goal of these video concept ideas:
My main goal for these kind of videos is to be as creative as possible!
Let me explain:
Firstly, my very first channel Mixeli (But also my latest one Volipok) post tons of Gameplays from Every Generation (Which once again was played and recorded by myself in it's entirety. It took me many years of works.)
My video have Educational Value and let me explain why: It does provide help to the user who watch the video. One of the few example for that is which musics is played from my gameplays. It could easily be found on video cards (The exclamation mark "!" you see on the video above at the right) and vice versa. (This mean that on this video for example, you could also find my actual battle gameplays of where this music is played)
Secondly, My video are transformative enough, I took the time to play the game and recording the musics. I took the time to improve it's original quality using Vegas Pro. Thanks to a program called "Track EQ" that you can find on Vegas Pro.
This program allow the user to enhance it's original quality and further improving it. This need concentration as each version has different audio quality.
Thirdly and as you have noticed: On each Generation, I use different background that I bought on a website called Shutterstock. (Which I have bought at least 336 pictures background, just so I can become as creative as possible and also work on a lot of different style using those background)
This kind of concept was created by myself since 2011. Today it has become one of the main concept of my channel that I personally created.
Lastly is to bring the community together. I have noticed that so many people are commenting and giving their opinions on the video, sharing their experience about characters from the game, confirming theory, saying funny stuff and I find this extremely amazing and interesting! I don't want their comment to be unnoticed so I have plan for the future of my content about commenting and sharing their experience on videos that I will produce one day!

I really liked snivy's sassy, impatient animation when I started playing the game.
Having animations added a lot of depths to the Pokemons personalities for me
they kinda ruined them in the 3D models. only a small chunk actually show their personalities in their 3D models. either way I would’ve wanted them to fix the animated sprites they’re kinda messy

It always stuck me odd that Cheren and Bianca are associated with Black and White respectively - specifically their names, but also their general character design. It seems clear to me that they each exemplify the traits of the opposite colour:
Bianca is idealistic in her belief in the "Trainers Journey", at which she is woefully inadequate; and Cheren believes in the purity of power and work, rather than hoping something good will happen. Cheren is Truth, and Bianca is Ideals - or perhaps they are such nebulous concepts as to be interchangeable. And perhaps that was the intention.
AGuyWithAChannel I think Bianca is truth because at one point she realizes she can't keep up with her rivals and moves on to focus on things she is skilled at. Cheren, and the other hand, represents ideals because even though he always gets beaten by the player, he is perseverant and never ceases to try to achieve his dream
N straight up says in Chargestone Cave that Cheren is pursuing the ideal of strength while Bianca is facing the truth that not everyone can be the best.
@@gengarzilla1685 Yes but I think what he meant by that is that they are both confronted to the opposite of their itnentions: Cheren believes in the purity of power, but in order to do that he is unwillingly and unintentionally following the ideal of strength. Bianca has the belief of an ideal journey that she wants to undertake but through what she has gone through so far (her father stopping her in Nimbasa, you just defeating her team), she is unwillingly facing the truth of imperfection.

I have literally zero idea as to why, but when I first played b/w when I was around 12/13 I was absolutely obsessed with Cheren. I had a Pokémon card of him that I treated like royalty, printed multiple fanarts of him and put them on my wall, drew pictures of me and him together and even wrote about him. I remember I’d also annoy people by going on to Pokémon chat rooms and talking about him. I’d even get people to RP him for me. I also watched the one episode with him as a gym leader in the Pokémon anime with ash religiously. Probably over 20 times.
I also remember absolutely despising Bianca because I saw her as “competition”. I’d always poison her Pokémon and draw out the battles as long as possible so I could savor beating her. I also refused to watch any anime episodes with her in it.

It may only be because I've fought him so many times with this song it the background, but, I don't get why some people say that this song doesn't fit Cheren. I feel like it is amazing for him.
Both characters are supposed to be your life-long friends, and this is trying to give the feel that, no matter how serious the situation gets, you're still that, friends having fun. The theme isn't even that bubbly, it has some really intense parts, just like how your fights with them can get really high-staked, but it always keeps in mind the fact that it is still supposed to be fun.
Facts
It fits him in an ironic way. While it reflects Bianca's lack of experience, it fits Cheran's overconfidence and immaturity. You see him acting all serious and then it plays this silly up beat tune, that's meant to remind the player that he's not right in his view point but he doesn't realize that yet. Especially given he picks the pokemon strong against you and TENDS to battle you just before you reach the next town when you're already weakened and looking for the pokemon center. It doesn't fit, but it wasn't meant to, it was meant to be ironic for him.

These two don't get enough credit. At least compared to the other "friendly rivals" (With the exception of Wally and Barry), these two have some actual character to them. Bianca has a couple moments where her bubbly, happy-go-lucky demeanor goes face to face against her fathers insistence on stopping her journey, and Cheren goes to learn that strength and battling aren't all there is to Pokémon. Compare that to Hugh who's entire reason for existing is to hunt down a Purrloin and doesn't learn much of anything.
Since does wally have personality? That guy never appears, barry is annoying af and quite easy, although i do agree Cheren and Bianca are some of the best friendly rivals but nobody surpasses Hau.

I like how Bianca and Cheren were one of the most evaluated characters in the Pokémon series, don't get me wrong though, every single rival and side character from every Pokémon game was lovable but it's easier to get attached to them cause the game actually gives them a good background.

@@rosheafan Did you mean Dawn and Lucas? Yeah they were pretty bad, but they were barely even a rival. You never even fight them, and they never get screen time anyway. Besides, they may be lame, but at least they're kind of likeable sometimes. May and Brendan were the real absolute worst rivals, they had a shitty attitude and didn't even stick the adventure out till the end. They just quit at Lilycove, couldn't even fully evolve their starter, the only rivals to be that pathetic. They acted nice all the time but the way it was written just seemed really fake and made them look like lazy assholes who kind of resent you. They're such nothing characters that every time I encountered them it pissed me off. Useless, gloating, salty brats who only even got to go on the adventure because daddy was the professor. Actually, if all that was intentional, they may be the best asshole rivals ever, topping even Blue, but it's Game Freak and they love "friendly" rivals so I highly doubt it. Wally should have been the main rival of gen 3, he was a way better idea with way more potential. My man got robbed.

I love this song so much because it really just feels like you’re having a fun battle with your best friends . It’s so fitting.
This song feels like it's made to represent the two of them. The opening and first section is playful and chipper, hyping you up rather than threatening you with a battle. But then it shifts to a slightly tenser section of music, more action oriented and the swell in music towards the end is like you searching your menu for the right item, or picking the decisive move.
I feel as if there are components each of the gender stereotypes Bianca and Cheren portray. There are, what I could call, "bubbly" and "soft" parts of the music for Bianca, and then the more "accented" and "harder" parts for Cheren.
Here I am laughing like a fucking 12-year-old at the fact that you said Cheren's part is harder and Bianca's is softer... I am thoroughly ashamed of myself...

I’ve said this before, but when I was younger I liked BW enough, but as an adult, I admire the amount of love and work that went into this game. Compared to some of the newer games today, BW not only has an amazing story, but it’s the first game since Kanto where they made an entirely new roster of Pokémon and did it’s best to be an original adventure without relying on the older generations to bring people in.
Agreed! This felt like a major step up at the time. I played one game after BW/BW2 and stopped playing Pokemon games after that, but every so often, I start up another playthrough of BW.

These two are adorable. Bianca is such a cinnamon roll with a great personality, and I love how she confronts her father thanks to Elesa. Cheren is also amazing, being super smart but learns to have fun with battling.
And I especially love how these two find their path in life in the sequels, becoming the professor’s assistant and a gym leader. It’s so cool to see our old rivals be in a happy place in life
Oh my god the memories,
It all started when I first heard about this game on the nintnedo channel (on the wii) I was SO EXCITED. So excited, that it became the first game I ever pre-ordered in my life. When I got it, I put it in my DSi XL, turned it on, started playing, and I was at a loss for words. Hg/Ss and Platinum were the only other Pokemon games I had ever played. After choosing Oshawott, my first ever Unova starter, I began the battle with Bianca, and I hear this, alongside the seeing the battle intro. I was stunned at how amazing the battle interface in this game was compared to the previous generation. I never forgot that feeling. Whenever I start a new game in back version, I get goosebumps and the nostalgia factor hits an 11/10 :D

The moving sprites had so much personality that just never got replicated in the 3D models. Just look at Lillipup's animation and how it joyfully jumps on the spot from left to right. While the 3D rendition just stands there doing absolutely nothing.

This will always be my favorite battle theme, because my first Pokémon game was Black & White & because this is just catchy & happy! It shows that your rivals are really your bestest friends.
i think pokemon Black and White was the best creation, it was the step over from still to movement during the battle (Of course X and Y) but i also liked the story, the pokemon and just the vibe it gave me when playing :3

What I like about B/W rival battles is that, it’s not a battle between someone that you just met and wanted to better then you. It’s just your two best friends walking down the same road you are and wanting to see who is the best.
i know we dont have gen 4 remakes yet but i really hope they dont make a lazy remake on gen 5,i really want than instead of a remake they do idk B/W3 or pokemon grey they need to show how good gen 5 was

Listening with headphones is an interesting experience.
You hear the more whimsical parts of the song in your left ear, where Bianca is standing, and the more snappy and controlled parts in your right ear.
