What if Revan wasn't found in stasis until the first year of the clone wars? That would mean that Revan in his prime would be alive and well, and Darth Vitiate's spirit would still be dormant since Revan didn't awake his spirit at Yavin.
What if when Order 66 was issued the chips malfunctioned and caused another order to be issued that was Order 53 calling for the Clones to remove the Republic government leadership and replace them with Jedi leadership, take the Senate and Palpatine out, move the Jedi in.
I have to say the later half of this is basically the outline of the story for the sequel trilogy. It is honestly significantly better than those movies.
What if Palpatine saw the Robot Chicken short involving the destruction of the Death Star, and used that knowledge to beef up the defenses? Also, he teases Anakin a lot about Padme.

That said, the way you had the separatists infuse Grievous with The Force is not dissimilar to how the Chozo empowered Samus Aran. (Metroid series) It's been my head canon since shortly after Lucas introduced the concept of midi-chlorians that the Chozo were a force-sensitive race and their infusion of their own blood into Samus caused her to develop limited force abilities.

I like your version of how The Inhibitor Chips failed at Order 66. Heard a couple, but in my opinion yours is the best. Well done! It was an interesting premise that you wrote and read well, sprinkling familiar characters into the narrative. When Oppo was about to duel I had imagined a four arm vs four arm battle of blurring octet of lightsabers, but for pacing sake you stuck with the essentials, tell the story and move on. RIP Oppo (and thank you for including him in the story). There is perhaps one nitpick, which isn't a down check, but you kept calling the CIS separatists after they were their own government. It worked for the story, although they should have been the Confederation of Independent Systems. Overall though, a fine story and thank you for sharing it.

As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use mechaguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals. What I was thinking was that he used nanobots to remove scar tissue especially around the lungs and he would be dipped in bacta or bacta would be applied this would allow him breath which means he can meditate more deeply. And for the limbs, it is possible to make material force sensitive and I was thinking he make limbs skeletal looking like in attack of the clones but would then cover the we either grafed flesh from his body or flesh made from his blood and other ingredients like perhaps kyber crystal this would make the force flow from him easier and perhaps with the sith alchemy in the limbs making his force lightning more powerful. Basically an uber vader who is perhaps stronger than full potential anakin.
This was interesting, I had always wondered what would happen if there was something like this, something where the clones were wiped out like could have been done with the genome..
This was a cool What's if story grievance as a force user would be a formidable opponent I was kinda hoping anakin would of survived his battle but still a brilliant way to redeem himself for his wrong doing towards mace and the almost massacre of the jedi temple you should right books your really good at the story telling

Ok, I get where you were going with this but, in Force Unleashed video game, Starkiller was able to pull a fully staffed Star Destroyer from low orbit. With that as an example I think it would have been perfectly reasonable for 1,000 jedi to be able to push a Venator back into orbit.

It was also fun to see Order 66 causing the inhibitor chips to fail getting shown some love. This is definitely an interesting scenario and it should definitely get shown some more love. Plus I think we could all agree that this is one of the best what if’s that us SW fans asked for…plus I think we could agree that this is something we’d hope would never happen, since the clones are so beloved by the fans and they definitely deserved better. This adds another level of storytelling here. Great job as always and I can’t wait to see what you do next. I do have a few ideas for some possible what if’s: 1) What if Rey was a Mandalorian…essentially what if Din Djarin found Rey and took her in as a Foundling. 2) What if Ezra was a Mandalorian…something like how both his parents were Mandalorians who left Mandalore and went to start their own lives (you could still keep most of Ezra’s backstory) and potentially make Ezra and Sabine a couple (since Disney won’t, we have too…#ezrabine4ever. 3) What if Jango Fett and/or Boba Fett Joined the Republic…I think something interesting could happen with this. 4) What if Rey, Finn and Poe went back in time to the Clone Wars…this would make the World Between Worlds even more of an important focal point and I could also see them get along well with Anakin, Ashoka, Rex and the rest of the 501st (it would be fun to see Rey, Finn and Poe join the 501st) I hope these are some amazing ideas for some potential What if’s
Not on the story at hand, but I love how the profecy of the chosen one says he will bring balance to the force. Balance is not the light side or the dark side, but the gray. Now in this story, I like to think that Anakin mastered the gray in his years in exile

If yes and they all died, that means the Bad Batch (minus Crosshair), maybe the Null ARCs, Boba, Omega, and the deserter are the only clones left alive. What if Thrawn recruited rebels into the empire promising them a coup. When thrawn becomes emporer he turns governing and the local military back over to the republic and takes up the mantel "Supreme Allied Commander" of the "Thrawn security alliance fleet". The alliance is made up of ex imperials under the "republic expansionary defense fleet" and the "chiss expansionary defense fleet". This alliance can search the unknown regions for threats against both the republic and chiss ascendancy and keep imperial fascists out of the republic and under Thrawn's supervision. By focusing on external alien threats, the ex imperials will have no desire to reconquer the galaxy.

4) What if Rey, Finn and Poe went back in time to the Clone Wars…this would make the World Between Worlds even more of an important focal point and I could also see them get along well with Anakin, Ashoka, Rex and the rest of the 501st (it would be fun to see Rey, Finn and Poe join the 501st)

An idea for a future what if i got: What if the CIS used the HK-77s
What if Thrawn recruited rebels into the empire promising them a coup. When thrawn becomes emporer he turns governing and the local military back over to the republic and takes up the mantel "Supreme Allied Commander" of the "Thrawn security alliance fleet". The alliance is made up of ex imperials under the "republic expansionary defense fleet" and the "chiss expansionary defense fleet". This alliance can search the unknown regions for threats against both the republic and chiss ascendancy and keep imperial fascists out of the republic and under Thrawn's supervision. By focusing on external alien threats, the ex imperials will have no desire to reconquer the galaxy.
What if leia used the fact she was vader's daughter to lead the imperial loyalists in the outer rim to contain the imperial loyalists and keep them away from governing
