I love Christmas so can't wait to experience your collection. My favorite season is Autumn though so Im guessing my collection rivals the Christmas. Perhaps because it encompasses my birthday, Fall, Halloween and Thanksgiving!

I am in full Christmas mode and have finished several ornaments. Currently stitching Nutcrackers by Prairie Schooler and really enjoying it. Since I like a little bit brighter colors I am trying my hand at color converting 😊. Hope you are well. Looking forward to seeing your finished Spelling Bee quilt. I really think that social media, flosstube and Instagram have opened up community for many stitchers who found themselves stitching alone. I know I never expected to have this much active community and definitely have technology to thank for it. Have you tried any of the zoom calls Elizabeth? I really enjoy the Stutch Across the Pond zoom by Angi at Tiny House Stitcher and Marie at Stitches and Diamonds. It’s free, you just sign up and log in and there are lots of stitchers stitching away while we chat. There’s no pressure to speak if you don’t want to. It’s just lovely to see other and listen to some chat while stitching.

Congratulations on 4000! Thank you for sharing your Christmas charts. I stitch Christmas all year, as I’m making ornament sets for 6 of my great nieces and nephews. It takes a lot to make and send 24 ornaments each year. I’m going to be 70 in March so must make haste before I can no longer stitch. When I send them for my great nieces and nephews, I have to send for their parents and my siblings so no one gets jealous. It’s fun to mix up different styles, certainly not boring. Be safe and well, enjoy your trip and have a great time.

Hi Molly! I do remember the ladybird rhyme. It took me some years to work out how sad it actually is 😕 Funny how you don’t think it all the way through when you’re a child. Charlotte is getting bigger and bolder every day. I’ll hVe to see if she’ll record with me again soon. She hasn’t been very interested in sitting still lately, since it’s what she has to do all day at school 😝

You need to stitch what you enjoy and don’t stitch the rest. I don’t do Halloween stitching, but have always love Christmas stitches.

Congratulations on 4000! Thank you for sharing your Christmas charts. I stitch Christmas all year, as I’m making ornament sets for 6 of my great nieces and nephews. It takes a lot to make and send 24 ornaments each year. I’m going to be 70 in March so must make haste before I can no longer stitch. When I send them for my great nieces and nephews, I have to send for their parents and my siblings so no one gets jealous. It’s fun to mix up different styles, certainly not boring. Be safe and well, enjoy your trip and have a great time.
Oh my goodness, there can’t be many ornament charts you haven’t stitched when you stitch that many each year! What a beautiful gift for your family. I hope they enjoy the fruits of your labours each year.

My favorite Christmas stitch from the past few years was a monochromatic Christmas Tree that featured many tiny Christmas motifs within the tree shaped framework. Hi Molly! I do remember the ladybird rhyme. It took me some years to work out how sad it actually is 😕 Funny how you don’t think it all the way through when you’re a child. Charlotte is getting bigger and bolder every day. I’ll hVe to see if she’ll record with me again soon. She hasn’t been very interested in sitting still lately, since it’s what she has to do all day at school 😝

I love your channel and have watched it from the beginning. I love when you show the countryside. My family on my fathers side is from Ireland and Scotland. We use ladybirds in the spring to catch smaller bugs. I dont always comment but i do watch faithfully. I am stitching Christmas now.
