Magnificent....!! I was so far thinking that any such cake needs egg to be added to get the soft and fluffy texture..!!
It's a revelation, Kavitha Ma'm that a cup of milk and a pinch of baking soda are sufficient to get the texture.
Normally I used to avoid taking such cakes for "eggophobia"....
