I don't read such books... I only consult authentic books like textbooks of B.Ed. from aiou and other universities. I explained the concept in practice not just dumb definitions.... Agr ap thori dair k liay bhool jayen Qualify B.Ed ko to main apko btau k main nay concept samjhanay ki koshish ki ha k Measurement is a "process" to quantify the learning of a student while test is tool used to obtain a quantitative value of student's learning... Agr ap ghor krain to ye ha pura concept... r ye sequence kch b ni ha r na textbooks may asay sequence bnaya gya ha... pehlay ap process ko define krtay hn and then ap tools k baray may btatay hain... And measurement is a whole process of obtaining a numerical value using a test instrument.
And even measurement is also used in carrying out assessment... so there is no such sequence when used in practice...

Test is just an instrument for measuring sample of behaviour while measurement is limited to quantitative description of pupil performance. Simple jo tool ya ppr he jis pe items bne wo test he... Or jb marks diae wo numerical value wo measurement he... Numerical value ko hm test ni Kehty.... These are different things

Measurement is carried out by using measuring instrument or tool which is in this case a test... agr ap ghor krain to main nay definitions k bjaye practical concept ko explain kia ha...r is concept main test as a tool e use ho rha ha... baqi behtri ki possibility hr lecture may hoti ha...
