I know I am quite off topic but does anyone know a good website to stream new series online?

Thanks for the video Brian. I own a 2009 R50 and the same happened when I was watching my technician do the fuel filter change, diesel fuel spewed and splashed everywhere! 😤😤😤 I think VW should have engineered this part of the car better, it cant be that we all battle through what's supposed to be a fairly "easy" filter change? 🤷‍♂🤷‍♂

Just did mine. Of course I didn't watch your entire video before starting. I said the EXACT same thing when I splashed diesel everywhere, "that's exactly what I didn't want to happen!" Those inner gaskets are TIGHT. I've seen others extract the diesel out of the housing before putting in the new filter.

Thanks for as much showing what to do - as what to watch out for. Keep those towels handy!

Thanks for the video. I have the same model with 175K. Also, have you had cold start issues?

Boo Bowie I sold it after I did the Tandem Pump replacement. At 175k it’s probably the glow plugs especially if you live somewhere cold and they ignite longer. It would be wise to clean the intakes if you decide to replace the glow plugs.
