Love the Christmas decorations. We'll have to make a visit during this time of year, sometime.
We have stayed there the past few summers. We enjoy eating on the patio, taking in the views. Our kids enjoy the pool and we like playing shuffleboard.
We're excited to come back when the pool is open 😊

Welcome back, Bob and Miranda. We have missed you. You are getting closer to my neck of the woods. Our family used to camp at the Shawnee State Park Campground. We enjoyed the video. The decorations were beautiful. Sorry you had such a poor sleeping experience. Hope to see more videos from you.

We love Shawnee, we live in Ohio and go a few times a year. Their swimming pool outside is awesome. Good to see you guys. Be safe out there

We like to go to the Tennessee state parks. I live 15 minutes from Natchez trace st park. They have a hotel,rustic cabins and newer style villas on a lake. Our kids chose this place over the Mountains SEVERAL yrs. We had a villa on a huge lake. We'd take seadoo's,pontoons and a fishing boat. We had a private dock and could be the ONLY people on the entire lake. We also like Pickwick and Paris landing state parks in TN. Very cool places. Especially when you have boats and fun water toys. My boys bet me for YEARS they could ride the tube behind the seadoo without getting thrown. They got really,really good. I could throw them whenever I wanted,though. It's great to go on a vacation and if you've forgotten something be able to run home in 15 mins to get it. We also have river lots with a boat house and camper on the TN River. Fun times!!

Looks like a very relaxing place to stay - especially at Christmas. May stay there in the future (hopefully will get one of the new beds though lol).
Apparently that was a new bed. I contacted the owners and they said they replaced them all already. But overall, we do love this place!

I live about 5 miles from the lodge it is great. But we camp at the campground every year ... they show moves for the campers with popcorn... Ernest goes to camp was the last one we seen....
