How did you determine what your milestones would be? How would your milestones change if you wanted a lighter roast? Just stop sooner? What size batch of coffee does this represent in what size roaster?
I will give it a try. I first had problems moving the BT- points and did not know the obligatory to exit on designer button before saving as profile. Now designing works fine due to your demonstration. Thank you!

Why when I turn on the designer, the ROR panel on the right goes away? I'm using Artisan 2.6.0, and using Celsius as unit.

Very short Maillard phase! Almost half the time for drying phase. Is that working for your blend? Sweet and fruity and roasty all together?
