Really nice custom build. I can tell you all first hand it rips! Cant wait to see the next iteration 🤘🏻. I wouldn't worry about rambling brother, have you watched any of mine? 🤪 🤣
Nice build! Got one myself had it for 12 years love it!! Just upgraded my fronts but now I'm looking to do the rear shock looks like what your running looks like it sits about perfect for how I like to rip is thats the yfz rear shock?
I was running a Banshee rear shock for 2 years, what is on it in this video. I have swapped it out for a Works Black widow rear from a Raptor 660 now. Thanks for watching
Ive always loved the warrior.... When I bought my new Z400 back in 03 I had seriously considered buying a warrior.. but my friend worked at a suzuki dealer. Now I think im going to try to trade my nearly mint Z400 for a 350 raptor or warrior...
Thanks for checking out the channel. That z400 is a great machine and def has a lot of potential. I'll be looking to add one to the garage at some point
I legitimately loved my Z400, she is nearly perfect.. But I dont have time to ride it nor a place to use it to its potential. So i figure a non race air cooled quad would do everything I want without having to buy premium fuel or deal with any of the problems I am eventually going to have using it as a utility quad.
400ex A arms work? they bold right up??? i got a raptor 350 and some some video about a amrs but never 400ex got anymore info about it??? was it a easy mount?
Yes they bolt up, but you need to use spacers to mount them. They have to be American Star arms with Heim joints at the frame mounts. They do work and are a HUGE upgrade over stock suspension or standard +2 arms, but if you are looking into them, you'll be farther ahead waiting for the DRW built Arms to release. I have video testing those and comparisons
@@MnWarrior350 ah yes all American, that aint helping me, cause import taxes and shit i can add 30% to the price.. But i see yeah with the joint that are skinny u can mount it and use spacer to center it. Im just gonna keep it with spacers on mine.
Sick dude! They must have good treadlife like u said then but thats really weird bc when i look it up it always says they are a soft compound and they wear quickly @MnWarrior350
@MnWarrior350 ohhhhh ok. Last question and Sorry for bugging u so much. Do they break loose pretty easily and slide or grab and try to flip? And sorry about the confusion
@@yeetygonzalez5843 I've been happy with them as far as being able to slide and break traction when I want them to. They seem to hook well in most situations I've put them through
I ordered one like you said the front left. too small for the back the only upside they fit on the front now I have dual piston on the front is there anyway you could post a link thank you
So much nobody would ever know about unless you point it out. New build is gonna be awesome. Nice video!
Appreciate it man. Thanks for watching!

Cut and modified a Maier hood for a Side x Side to work on the Stock Yamaha hood
Was looking for the video I believe you cut converted the gear lever on your raptor, 350
I'm running an IMS shifter from a YZ250, I didn't cut it, but I did heat it and alter the bends some to put it in a better position
What rear shock are you running? And I love the build man real ingenuity with this beast!
Currently a stock banshee shock, but it will be going out to Rocket Ron to get a full rebuild and proper valving

Hey where did you get that nose from it’s sick looking
Cut up and modified a Maier hood from a side by side
@@MnWarrior350 really looks sick man I like it a lot
Why are you switching frames? And was it custom built, or do they have them for sale?
I twisted the frame and the rear swing arm. Yes it was a Custom built, modified/gusset frame. You can buy a similar gusset kit from HPM motosports
Oh ok thanks @MnWarrior350

Ncvq needle at middle clip. 50 pilot and 155 main. 2.5 turns out. Zip tie mod
So, do you recommend your tire setup? I was thinking about running that same setup on mine since they are light.
The ground buster 3's have worked great over the last 4 seasons

How would one go about obtaining a DRW frame?
You would have to contact DRW directly and speak with Weston. You're other option is to order the HPM gusset kit which Weston designed
Where are the nerf bars from
