I don't really care for the new mods. But I have a question. I see you don't have max "rounds per magazine" on your PL I thought the extra shot was needed to get the full 8 shots and that it was better to have 1 extra shot instead of Crt rate. Am I wrong, or is it a preference thing? Thank you for all the info you provide. I use your material farming video all the time.
"Sniper Hailey" is best Hailey of course, but I've having a blast re-levelling her using "Gun Hailey". Stick a TCage & HP Collector on her, and you can play her ultra-aggressive which is loads of fun.
CCS Is decent it somewhat works like a watered down version of Yujin's PA. SKR feels too cumbersome in colossi battles, great on K&M but I find myself removing it when on controller.
Also if you do like clairvoyance, polar set and this turret mod it's kinda cool and has better aoe. Not insane but it's like more manageable/playable to lvl up
I did try the shoulder mod. put the aoe to 5m. brought the coooldown to 3 or 4 sec and we into 400% twice...it just not fun. between hitting the walls and floor the mobs were just getting wiped by better characters.
I think those mods are not really that good. The worst is the "sniper mod" the "mobbing mod" is a little better but it needs a buff and better sinergy.
I feel that ultimate weapon ability not stacking with decendant special weapon just kill versatility of building decendant. Since most high damage skill come from decendant special skill, but ultimate weapon ability just dont stack. This could have been solve if they just gave some percentage of the ultimate weapon ability buff stack with special weapon. Right now there just no point farming frost watcher@@theFullMeasure
I haven't played this game in a couple of weeks and I'm an avid Freyna and Hailey player. These mods sound horrible, the sniper mod is rubbish, it makes no sense to reduce your power per shot for stacking damage for weak point hits which penalize misses. Without the sniper you'll finish the void bosses faster with weak point critical builds. The mobbing mod, doesn't make sense as your ability to quickly ramp up damage on the move is almost non existent. There's no point in wasting time with them, as again you get penalized for using your skill, for what looks like obtuse aoe that requires a specific build to get middling use out of. Mobbing mod should have worked to augment a weapon type and shift a perverse of shots to cryo and after a number of hits create mini cold fronts like Viessa. No idea why the devs made these borderline useless mods, but they don't seem to work efficiently at all and don't actually upgrade Hailey's biggest issue movement speed in relation to buffed damage output. They don't address her weaknesses at all, so she's pointless in mobbing using that mod. I'll probably go farm them as I've got kuiper coming out my ears, but based on what you've shown, they both are seriously underwhelming. All the other Descendent have mods which greatly infuse abilities to some degree, how is it both Hailey mods penalize her into less effective role, might as well never use them, especially that sniper mod. That's absolute trash based on the penalty it gives you twice.

I'm in alignment with you on the mods. They are mid but can be fun to play around with Hailey mobbing

I'm waiting for her Ultimate version tbh. Farming is already a bit boring in this game for me to farm both her normal and ultimate modules.
That is like 2 yrs down the line. 1 ultimate every 3 months is gonna be a hella long time to wait.
Still grinding for these 2 mods, might just stop if they aren't worth it.... they will drop sometime eventually when you dont target farm it
