This feels like an old newgrounds animation you'd find way back then purley made for fun and clearly has a lot of heart and effort put into it. Cute animation!
I used to watch these type of animations so much as a kid. And watching this really brought a sense of lost nostalgia.

This is downright hilarious! It kinda reminds me of what a lucid/fever dream would be like. The total chaos, the uncanny feeling this gives off, and the awesome crossover too. Plus, the ending gives you that sorta nostalgic feeling you get once you finish a REALLY REALLY REALLYYY good dream. 100% dreamlike, 11/10, Love it.

Funny how despite that Wario should be a veteran at this since he is the one who inspired this Mario still carries him through the whole thing
Of course, I understand that this was originally supposed to be animation from beginning to end, but it would be very interesting to see that after Mario enters the portal, the usual level would begin, and Peppino would change sprites to Mario

Peppino would flourish in mario, but Mariowould definitely struggle in pizza tower as his moveset is a bit too basic for it’s level design

Sure you gotta be incredibly slow and voulnerable to any enemy and all that but maybe we should like consider playable Mario as like a "hard mode" for the game.
