    Another great video Frank! As for the hood issue, I personally think a teardrop like they used on the Thunderbolt would look super cool. Keep up the good work Frank.

    Cool gasser idea. Figure printing and painting would be great.

    Relax Frank, I already subscribed to Justin's channel. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress on your gasser wagon. 😀

    👏👏nice presentation Frank. A4 Garage hooked a shop vac to a Tupperware like canister and made a windshield when he cracked one on a 65 Mustang build. DIY vac-You-form 😮. I like the idea of 3D printing to do four door cars. Not many are made in styrene. Thanks for showing your work progress 👍.

    Thank you for this awesome video. I had to pause it once to get a sandwich, but I enjoyed it. The sandwich wasn't bad either. 🤣What's cool is if I am ever ready to get a printer, your content is there to reference. Thank you again my friend. Enjoy your vacation.👍✌

    Thank you for that awesome shout out Frank! Sounds like it's gonna be a fun build. I almost made a juvenile comment about those "Tri-ribbed" wheels too. I never had one of those shirts. For us the big thing was Ocean Pacific, or Guess.

    I am, and have been, subbed to Justin's channel. And I got to meet Justin when he came down to the HAMS Space City Shootout 2024! He is truly a great guy! I hope to see him again at the HAMS Space City Shoot 2025, which will be featuring STS Decals as a vendor this year! Very excited about that!

    That’s going to be a killer gasser Frank! I cannot wait to see what you do with the wagon. I hope you’re enjoying your vacation! Be safe.

    That's a cool idea for a build. I can't wait to see what you come up with for it. I would definitely be interested in seeing you do some figures. It seems like painting them to look realistic would be a challenge, so I would like to see how you pull it off.

    I'm impressed with anybody that tries this and sticks with it, you've done good Frank. I tried, wasn't long before I decided it was just too complicated, frustrating and time consuming and sold the printer. I have so many kits (and keep buying more) and there is so many 3D parts I can just buy (not to mention full kits) that I decided I I'd rather spend my time building. I have a friend that's neck deep into this stuff, if I want something bad enough maybe I'll contract with him to do it.

    Just use a heat gun to bend the clear plastic. Make sure the plastic you use will not turn yellow in the future. Thanks for the video

      @@Mangoshake2021 Solid tip, thanks! I might experiment with tinting the plastic because a lot of gassers had them. I’m sure I won’t screw that up miserably!

    Gasser heck yeah I see the metal flake green coming out. So could you tell us your happy place with the angle settings on the wagon?

    • @FranksModelWorks
      @FranksModelWorks  3 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@69airride3 I had to crank this one up about 30 degrees (y axis is Chitubox rotation) to get it on the plate. Otherwise, the body would fit on, but the support bases were sticking out. I don’t like to mess around with bodies, because they take so long to print, so I wanted to make sure everything was on the build plate.

      @@FranksModelWorks If I may, did you tilt it a bit sideways also? Thanks

    • @FranksModelWorks
      @FranksModelWorks  3 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @ I didn’t on the first one (the one with the Z Shifts), I did on the second one about 6 degrees toward the passenger side (hence the supports getting into the window trim) and then no tilt on the third…I just added supports to the outside to avoid z shifts.

    Is there any place that sells Andre's kits? They look great!

    • @FranksModelWorks
      @FranksModelWorks  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@JimFlanagan4206 There was someone on eBay, but I don’t know if they’re authorized by Andrey to sell them. When last I checked, they were expensive (well over $100), and according to eBay feedback, it took a lot of time to arrive and wasn’t the best quality.
