Happy to see the blessings coming into your life ❤. Just a suggestion, think of natural ways to keep the new home cool, to reduce your elctricity bills, bigger windows perhaps. I'm thankful for the home I'm staying in now, but it does get stuffy and hot in the dry seasons.
