15:00 So because I may or may not have gotten Vander killed in the subsequent stream, it turns out that I was wrong here (I misremembered something I read off of Serenes Forest) and rather Vander's total level (current + internal) does, in fact, affect the difficulty/enemy levels in Divine Paralogues. So that means if you want to do the DLC maps early and want an easier time, it is optimal to kill off Vander so he isn't inflating your team's average level. Crazy.

Now, if you wanted to go for complete overkill for a Total Ironman, you should go for bond ring conpletion (aka ring gacha) and all supports maxed.
