Wike probably thinks Rivers people and Southerners are stupid but they know Wike is a disgrace. The UN has declared Ogoni land, which is reeling from oil pollution, as the worst polluted human habitat in the world today. For a Governor, who has several communities in his state, including Bonny, facing humongous life-threatening conditions from oil pollution, you had expect that Gov Wike would have made his way to the UN General Assembly, networking with global environmental organizations and drawing the attention of world leaders to grant about $6billion to supplement the clean-up of Ogoni land and other oil polluted communities in his state. Considering that the EU and Asian regional blocs are weighing on Nigeria to meet up their oil and gas shortfalls occasioned by the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the leaders of the EU and Asian bloc would have been well disposed to assist Rivers State in the cleanup. Imagine what $6billion dollars would have brought to the economy of Rivers State and neighbors whose agro economy has been eroded by oil pollution. Wike would have become an environmental hero not just in Nigeria but globally. But Wike is at home crying over spilt milk on his vain glorious presidential quest rather than over the Ogoni spill. Has anyone ever seen Wike fighting for the people of Ogoni and other communities in his Rivers State, including Bonny, whose lands have been overrun by oil pollution? All Wike is doing daily is fighting for his selfish political relevance, while pretending he is doing so for the South. Southern leaders of the PDP should mobilize for Wike to be suspended from the PDP and if possible commence Wike's impeachment as Governor. What a very self-centered, conceited human being this Governor Wike is!

Okowa betrayed the Asaba accord, which says that the next president of Nigeria must come from the south.
Judas Okowa betrayed south and worked for Atiku's victory at the presidential primaries because he was promised the VP slot.
This is reminiscent of the Aburi Accord in the mid 1960s. Yakubu Gowan went to Aburi, Ghana, and made commitments and agreements with the Government of Eastern Nigeria led by Ojukwu. Gowan entered these agreements on behalf of the Government of Nigeria in his role as the head of state of Nigeria. However, he dishonestly reneged on those commitments and agreements when he returned to Nigeria. Fast forward to 2022 and Ayo, another dishonest person from the middle belt, is following Gowan’s despicable footsteps.

Labour Party is the only and best way to go in 2023 president election, both PDP and APC are both birds of same feather (bunch of criminals) chasing after their personal interest. I so much trust Peter Obi in cutting the costs of governance thereby making politics less attractive if he wins, than channel those money in investing on the people, empowering the masses economically.
If you want to get everything right both the Chairman and Atiku must resign. Wike why did you not act like this when the power was thrown open, why are you not talking about the injustice done to the south east by complaining about it with passion, then you contested and lost, now you are acting like a wounded lion. The injustice started when the zoning was denied and you never complained because it would have been sub-zoned to the south east and your presidential ambition will be dashed.

But now the same people are saying that by the asking the chiaman to resign so as to give the south a sense of belonging has now become a violation of the party constitution even when Ayu earlier openly agreed to resign. The logical test of there is a problem by an entity and that entity "corrects" itself implying that it will correct other problems deemed similar, is not sufficient for confidence that it will even try. It is not supposed to have the said problem in the first place, and should be busy successfully solving it in other places, and solving the very problems that were deemed "similar", for a better estimate measuring how far it goes in tackling such types of problems. It is not by instituting and institutionalising the problem and making noise how it is struggling and trying to try to "solve" the stupid nonsense.
APC allowing heavy debt, insecurity, torture of innocent people, handicapping governors and senators and judges, and even allowing arrests of them and even assassination attempts on them, as they are trying to upgrade the honest security of their people, APC enthroning a treacherous treasonous murderous military coup fool, should not look perfectly good when it whitewashes itself by claiming to be the "party that categorically zoned to the south". All those evil processes and evil actors within them have exposed themselves over time already. There are other political parties that do not have people who performed military coup against Nigerians, for example.

He doesn’t tell his audience and followers that the deciding injury happened when Atiku picked Okowa. After all, Wike, who refused Power shift in 2015 to stubbornly succeed another Ikwerre man in Rivers state, rebuffing all equitable efforts to transfer power to other zones, has no moral right to discuss power rotation.
Wike compromised other key positions to be zoned elsewhere since he succeeded an Ikwere man. He is simply asking for a reasonable compromise by the Presidential candidate and the Chairman of the PDP. He isn't asking the Presidential candidate to step down. There has to be a compromise. This is simply common sense.

This is a shame. A Governor that rules not leading is a shame. Rivers state should be a STEM state for Nigeria and Africa when the resources are used wisely.
