I can only assure Richard Miller is the most badass character than in the other characters in Time Crisis series. I mean, he infiltrates the castle to save the girl, alone, then to the Kantaris Organization, and defeats Wild Dog twice (included in Project Titan) using only a handgun.

A theory I just thought of: The reason you have to hit him so many times is because almost none of them are really hitting him, just like in his game where some bullets flat-out hit the screen but don't hurt. The ones that make him flinch? Those are Crisis Shots from HIS perspective, but Richard doesn't have that mechanic in his games so he can't tell.
He can't see the crisis shots flashing red obvioud red swirls like the other guys too back in the first game.
Yeah the bullet that can hit him is still red colored but it is harder to tell
I hope they bring Richard Miller back in a new TC installment.
Preferably the one where they/he kill Wild Dog off for good.

I don't know if it's confirmed, but Wild Dog is apparently an android from what I've seen on the games. He takes so many hits and so little drawback when you shoot him up to the point that he's virtually invincible. And he even self-destructs on TC 2.
But it won't be Richard Miller that gonna kill Wild Dog, some new young VSSE agents of course

So they were shooting blanks at each other all along, and Richard's acting like he got hit. lol
Haha, unless he's secretly an android like Wild Dog. That part in the final stage of the regular TC 2 game is actually funny because wild dog will still keep laughing and shooting at you even when you shoot him a couple of times and grunts for a second in one spot.
maybe a friendly airsoft fight as a final trial for being an agent...

Apparently the supplemental media says the guns in the Crisis Missions fire non-lethal ammunition, so these guys were probably beating each other senseless with rubber bullets, wax or paint,

A bit of a letdown that Richard Miller didn't have his signature Strayer Voyager Infinity pistol from TC1 for this final Crisis Mission since VSSE always change their modified primary pistols for all their Agents.
But hey, he's still Richard Miller, the one man army and also still a mute (in the game).

I have to wonder, even though the Mission Stat Screen is tinted Red or Blue (depending on the P1 or P2 slot), does Robert replace Keith for the final scene if you're playing at P2 for this mission?

Well, he doesn't have many spoken dialog. Only time I recall Richard Miller talking, is in Time Crisis 4's "Crisis Mission" after you beat him as he is disguised as Wild Dog, he then congratulates you for completing all missions. The dialog is in text.
So, Richard have his successor, Keith. Sadly to see him become a old twisted agent, I wish he looks more like a actrual agent(I mean, I prefer him looking like James Bond, rather a samurai...)
If Namco Bandi was to remaster the first Time Crisis should the leave Richard as a lone wolf or give him a partner?
