Personally at the very least I would have also replaced all of the old electrolytic capacitors, because new ones today are smaller. Using ones with the same µF ratings is the most important part, and voltage CAN be slightly higher, as that's tolerable. It's the least you can do for old tech like this, I believe. You might also have to look into resistors and diodes as well depending on conditions, and that could lead you into searching for schematics to fill in the blanks, but it's a labor of care for the craft if you're dedicated to preserving the tech. I guess that's just me, though.

Change the tittle ( cleaning of mini Japanese tv produced in 1979 )
It has also a power button. Due to dirt, insulation of points may occur. They got fixed after cleaning.
