1.主要功能 Main function
（1）剪切不齐中板成为前后切齐板片。
Cut the incomplete core veneer to obtain shipshape size.
（2）排除剪切后的废料。
Separate the waste.
（3）布料于中板端面，板底更有丝线贴着，加强版面强度。
Spread the glue on the veneer and stuck on the bottom of veneer of veneer with polyester Yarn to augment the strength of veneer.
（4）剪定尺剪切所预定4’之整片中板。
Cut the veneer of measuring size4’
（5）自动收集贴妥之中板做整齐之叠放。
Collect veneer that after cutting automatically.
2.安全装置 Safe device
（1）入口安全装置 In-feed Safety deice
A.当检测系统打开时，为防止有人误操作而发生意外，本机设有一安全自动插栓。
When thickness detector system starts, in order to prevent people having accidents by incorrect operation, it had installed a safety automatic bolt.
B.操作者在更换刀片或做其他工作之前要先确认插栓是否插入以策安全。
Operators have to make sure whether the plug is inserted in or before replacing the knife or doing other tasks.
C.切记当你在处理刀片时无论在任何情况下，决不可将手或手指至于刀片下方。
No matter what, DO NOT put your hands or fingers under the knife when you replace the knife.
（2）出口安全装置 Out-feed Safety device
第一片中板贴料线或是在清除热熔料渣时，接着装置上部可升起以利作业，当接着装置上部升起时有一安全插销装置于车壁上方，为防止其他人误操作而发生意外，故在所有工作之前必须确定安全插销是否插入以策安全。

When upper of joint install to lift has a safety plug on bracket, in order to prevent people having accidents by incorrect operation, therefore, for keeping the safety, we make sure that the safety plug is inserted in it or not before beginning to work.
