Hello, thanks for your comment! The hairdresser of a Norwich with the stripping technique can take between 2 and 2 and a half hours. To learn more about our products go to artero.com
How often does this need to be done and does the dog feel any discomfort when the hair is removed? Are Norfolk terriers stripped the same way. Great instructional video. Super doggie.
@@dannywilson3314 at most, every three weeks. Really just when you see it getting too long. They feel no discomfort as it’s dead hair, if you pull it yourself you’ll see how easy it comes out. And Norfolk terrier can be grinned the same way as they also have wire hair
How often do you need to groom norwich terrier? Will it be bad if we do it once a month? And pulling the hair like that will not hut the dog? I’m doing research bcs i’m getting a puppy in few weeks 😄
The example of the video is working every 8 weeks but once a month it can be perfectly viable. Thank you for your comment, we invite you to discover many more ARTERO products on our website artero.com
That coat was ready to come out and it had a layer under it Many pet owners expect that second coat without grooming often enough to have another layer
I don’t think she is stressed but I do think this was way over done. They must be getting her ready to show in a competition. I have a Norwich Terrier, I think this was more of a commercial for there grooming products 😮 I have never stripped her we got her at 3 years old
If the dog was in pain he would try to get away. If you knew anything about hand stripping you would know that it doesn’t hurt, it has a blade, he’s not just pulling the hair out. Educate yourself.
I’m thinking about getting a norwich, your video has been very helpful!
I don’t even own a dog. Sometimes it’s just fun to watch someone who is good at what they do, do what they do 🤷♂️
Thank you for your comment!

Puppy looks stressed 😥
Not I all. You should see my yorkie when I groom and bath her. We are both stressed out.
Pup does not appear to be stressed
You're joking right? I have never seen a more relaxed dog on the grooming table. Sit down.

You are the one stressed, Katie.
This is inhuman and painful. Poor pup😢
