Hi! This is just a little bit of an explanation and my theories:
So, the girl who was signing the contract was Rebecca, Sam’s adopted daughter. Rebecca was probably signing the contract to be Amanda, without Sam because the contract probably said something Rebecca was too young to know about. In the tape where Amanda was at the petting Zoo, the Barn was probably Sam but I am not so sure about it. But I am sure about that it was a co-worker of Hamlen and he was not meant to be sucked in the tape. The Eyes on the things (like buildings) are children’s souls getting sucked into the tapes. Just like in the orange tape, Lauren gets sucked into the tape. If you read the letter on the billboard, you can see that Jordan was not listening and quote “it was like the little girl was talking to him” was written on it, meaning that he was on the verge of being sucked into the tape. Rebecca is trying to talk through the tapes because the entity is also in Amanda. So Amanda is two different beings. The entity and Rebecca. I also believe that Kate was trying to find a bit more about Sam’s disappearance, meaning that the detective was someone that Kate knew and he had some information about Kate. Also, Wooly is trying to help Amanda by doing anything she says, that’s why he is super intimidated by her and he immediately agrees on everything and doesn’t fight back. Hope this helps!

Actually the theory makes sense but my theory is that Sam will come back and the tapes will be MORE scary and unchild friendly Amanda will start making tapes with Sam, Sam is the owner and rebbecca will now make more scary and bloody tapes wooly will leave and Sam will possibly JOIN in the tapes with rebbecca. That’s my theory and I feel bad for wooly 😢❤
I think that in the second clip Amanda (Rebecca) was signing a contract to make the show animated because in the scenes we could see Sam talking about how people wanted the show to be turned into a cartoon, and that room with a guard may have been the same thing with how Sam disagreed to do whatever hameln said to do. I also think that Sam went missing because of hameln

My theory about what happened to Amanda is that she probably signed a contrast of her life and her soul was put in the tv show and Hameln was behind all the missing people including the father (Sam)

Honestly i think that in the last tape, where Amanda tells her secret wich is "I'm out there, somewhere...", i think that was Rebecca. She was forced to say not appropiate things(death psyco stuff exc.), but that time she was able give us a hint. Wich is, she is not dead.
P.S. I literally just came up with this and i swear i did not look that up. I have a weird and smart mind so i can unite 2 different things and make them sound good, even if logic created them not to be together.

Okay...I have a bit of a theory
So..what if when Rebecca was saying those lines, before it ended, they did something to both of them. So sad went missing and Rebecca got stuck into the TV. And bc apparently the guy was making her say demon names, that's how the evilness got to her, so that's why she couldn't control herself hurting wooly and glitching out being creepy. And that's why when you say Sam, she likes what bc she's stuck in the show. And remembered her father, then when she tells you her secret.. That she's out there in the real world, then Rebecca got taken into the TV, possessing the cartoon of Amanda just wanting to leave and live life. She was adopted, and was upset when something was alone. She just wants to escape
