John Williams has a lot of common "battle" motifs. This is very similar to the Quidditch Theme from Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Note the drums, trumpet and french horn flourish balanced by the flute sequence. "Dadada dadadadada dada, dadada dadadadada dada." I believe a similar theme was also used in the Chess scene.
I remember the drum beat for the Chess scene being very similar but that's about it. Although if you're really curious about similar sounding soundtracks I recommend you compare the themes for Count Dooku and Lucius Malfoy from the second movie.

the first frames where they reveal the dozens of star destroyers with coruscant lit in the background is incredible. It really hits you with the sheer scale of the battle after focusing on just 2 small fighters for 30 seconds.
