Interesting review. I remember when TMF did Mott & Bow reviews a few yrs ago. They definitely have a few nice pieces in their collection. I’ve been looking for new go to casual chino. Everlane have been hit or miss (mostly hit w/ tailoring) but the hand is nothing worth mentioning and that’s ok for a basic chino. Spier & Mackay’s basic OTR chinos have a very nice hand and construction is great. Unbelievable for the price IMO. The only negative is that they can be rather snug in the crotch (at least for me). These Mott & Bow chinos looks to split the difference; competitively priced, well constructed, (I’ll take your word on the hand), and the fit on you looks really good. These might be the ones. The Mercer jeans looks to be kinda meh. Mott & Bow have better looking jeans in their lineup. I probably haven’t been on the Mott & Bow website in 3-4 yrs. Thanks for this review and be well.

Sorry if you mentioned this but does the waist keep its shape? My biggest complaint with stretchy jeans is that the waist often stretches out too much after wearing them a few times.
