    I would go for voxy hybrid because of its fuel efficiency

    Thank you for the detailed review.
    Between Lexus IS 250 and Mark X which one is a better buy in terms of performance, reliability and fuel efficiency. Thank you.

      Welcome.
      In terms of performance the lexus is slightly better especially in terms of throttle response and handling being that it sits lower to the ground and is also slightly more compact compared to mark x. Reliability wise both are pretty good, there's nothing much to worry about. In terms of fuel consumption they both have 2500cc v6 engines which can return about 10km/l depending on how you drive. IS also has a 3000cc and 3500 v6 and Mark x a 3500cc v6. These engines will mostly give below 10km/l, they are thirsty but the performance is very good. I'm referring to the 2nd generation mark x and 2nd generation IS which was in production from 2005 till 2013

    What about Nissan Serena E-power which is 1500cc

    • @ikevauto-reviews
      @ikevauto-reviews  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Serena e-power uses a 1200cc 3 cylinder engine similar to the Note's engine. Its a series hybrid whereby the vehicle is essentially powered by the electric motor, the engine does not drive the wheels, it only powers the batteries which then power the electric motors. There's no cvt so Power is delivered instantaneously. It's an intelligent setup which is more reliable than the previous generation that had a problematic cvt

    Voxy takes it but it's unfortunate that most of of the toyota cars nowadays are CVT. I would prefer Auto.

      True, almost all their cars now have cvts. They are aiming towards better fuel consumption

      @@ikevauto-reviews But even autos are not that bad in fuel economy and they have better driving experience. Apart from Mazdas which seemingly have options for Real automatics, is there another brand?

      @@GIDEONMUTAI Very true, there are other brands that achieve almost the same fuel consumption with conventional automatics like mazdas, even peugeots still use automatics, hyundais and kias too.

      @@kevinnyabwan4304 Ah, I see. I fear the Korean brands, the Hyundais and Kia. Mazda would be the best option for me. Peugeots are great but spare parts are a little costly.

      Nowadays Korean brands have improved, they are not as unreliable as they used to be. That's why their numbers are increasing on Kenyan roads, cars like kia sorento sportage, hyundai santa fe and tucson are increasing on our roads. They are not as good as hondas or Toyotas but still they are not too far away
