From Field of Fire's Cooling Slope Shrine, proceed forward and defeat the Rusty-Gold Cart. After it interact with the door and go downhill. However once at the bottom, don't proceed forward, instead turn forward-left. In the corner, Baw-Lang-lang can be found. In the case you went too far, you will be transported to Bishui Cave. You can then later return and still fight Baw-Lang-lang in the corner.
Upon its defeat, Baw-Lang-lang will drop Tadpole, Silk x2 and Cold Iron Leaves.
