    Dude was 225 lbs at 12 and benching 300 lbs . He was like 350 lbs at 16 squating 600 lbs. In his teen years he was much larger than all the top strongmen were when they were in there teens. His gains were also gradual. His coaches all swear hes natural . Hes also built more similar to old school natural power lifters / strongmen. He has several massuve family members , some of which were akso great athletes. His sin is also a monster at 16 years old When the Balco lab lists were released and a bunch of pro athletes and WWE guys were on it he wasnt one of them.The only evidence of him taking PEDS is his strength. Which isnt really evidence. I see people saying he was on gear all the time. If anyone thinks he was please explain why. Because i haven't fiund any evidence linking him to PEDs.

  • @michaelscottfuku
    @michaelscottfuku 2 ปีที่แล้ว +21

    There’s a reason Mark Henry is a house of a human being lol. You have to get that big to move the amount of weight he was moving without gear. I was 340lbs in high school and was lifting(in my first year of training) 385 on bench, 625 on squats, and 745 deadlift. Weight moves weight and i was strong as hell but the extra weight i had to carry in order to do those things was just way too much to handle. I had very high blood pressure and other very bad health markers and my doctor finally told me that this shit is going to kill me if i keep gaining weight. I’m down to 240lbs now and i can lift a fraction of what i used too lol. Its insane how much you weigh can determine your strength levels. It’s a bigger deal than alot of people realise.

      @FIGGY65 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    Visualization allows the individuals to familiarize their bodies - physically and emotionally within the mind. I consider this as a prep, since this process puts you in a comparison mode: I just visualized the perfect lift, now I have to follow it up right here in the physical reality. The idea is that you should be able to do it, since you do it in your mind and you know the feeling.

    He said that he won both state and national powerlifting championships in order to qualify for Arnold strongman classic in 2002 by squatting 965 lbs, bench pressing 585 lbs and deadlifting 903 lbs. That part seemed to be suspicious for me because if it were true it would have been recorded in record books. His best ever squat in competition is 953.5 lbs raw with knee wraps and best ever deadlift is 903.9 lbs in competition both done in 1995 . So i don't get about him deadlifting again 903 lbs in 2002 and squatting 965 lbs in 2002 which in case of it being true would have been his best competition lifts. His best ever bench press is 518.1 lbs in competition done also in 1995 . His 585 lbs figure is said to be his unofficial best ie., in the gym. I have never heard about any reports of him competing in state and national powerlifting championships in 2002 to qualify for arnold classic.

    I actually can believe he is a peak natural.
    I am 50/50 on it tho.
    He was 188kg and had a lot of chub.
    According to science there would be about a 10%-15% difference between natty and not natty.
    While he held world record I feel because of his bodyweight I can believe he is a natty.

    • @fictionknightc.r.9453
      @fictionknightc.r.9453 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Mark actually had a ton of muscle mass. Substantially more than fat. In 1990 when he just started Olympic Weightlifting alongside Dr. Terry Todd, he was 6'3'' 370lbs at Age 19. After dropping the 352-pounds Bar onto his feet on the Clean Training with Coach Lynn Jones, he was taken to the Hospital in a hurry, and when the Doctors studied him, they were awe-struck at how dense Mark's muscles and bones were, so much the Bar only leaved a bruise. And the studies also revelaed he had a Body Fat Percentage of 22%, so even taking all the fat out of his body, he would still had 289lbs of pure muscle, more Weight on Muscle Mass than Bodybuilders like Markus Rühl, Dorian Yates, Kevin Levrone, Paul Dillet, Arnold Schwarzenegger or Orville Burke weighted in their complete being at Stage. And by the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, Mark was up to 412.5lbs at Age 21, and his Body Fat Percentage was of 18.9% at the moment, so over +330lbs of pure Muscle Mass, he gained about 45lbs of pure muscle mass in about two years. Not saying he's not Natty, I think the ~15% is still achievable without being Enhanced, just saying Mark always was much more full of muscle than he was of fat. You can see it seeing his calves and his arms.
