some suggestions and ideas for your space
1. You should consider having a closet room for each bedroom instead of racks or other cabinets for clothes storage.
2.the second kitchen space on 5th floor may or may not be useful in the long run. Maybe use that space for storage (strollers/traveling bags/ foldable chairs or tables) or get rid of the wall and make the home theater bigger so that you can have space space between recliners and screen and also can put up a small refreshment refrigerator for cooldrinks and juices in there
3. Fifth room open area, cover with green grass overall to give that instant glow up for evenings walks there or when you have gathering or birthdays can easily put foldable chairs and tables for large group food.
