Thank you. I'm very concerned about my hyperplastic polyps dx and it being a mistake. I'm thinking that not a complete polyp was removed, but rather just a tiny portion of two. I have multiple polyps in three regions high in the rectum and they are painful. I'm going to pursue answers.

What if there's only dilatation of basal crypts, no serration or boot shaped appearance?
