Yeah the wealthy families in Manila have many vacation houses whether a beach house, a farm, a ranch name it and they have them in places like Batangas particularly tagaytay, Taal, calatagan and even in Baguio, ilocos, Laguna and bicol region

My wife is from the province in Leyte and I’ve had experiences and I’ve been to places most foreigners can’t go because we have a car and have family to show us around. zane, im telling you.. 😊 you wont need BGC. for me, the south is better -- alabang, sta rosa laguna, tagaytay, batangas areas ....and Victorian style houses at Nuvali -- Its all there. The only problem is the traffic.
Yeah Nuvali, Laguna. You might want to visit Pagsanjan falls aka Cavinti falls. It is located 90 kms southeast of Manila. Go shoot the rapids. Or visit Taytay falls in Majayjay town. Also, do boat tour in Caliraya lake. You can stay overnight in Spacio Caliraya or Casa Marina in Pagsanjan.
Oh she's the pretty lady who hosted you in Tagaytay City. well for many Maritess it's clearly evident that you guys are official bf & gf for sure. Nice place in Tagaytay really but for further reasons, many have been very hesitant to live in Tagaytay because of the volcano. But really Tagaytay is a very beautiful place to live near Manila. Clark in Pampanga and Subic in Zambales are the key places that can rival Tagaytay as a provincial vibe near the city.
