HFM-2000 BALL FIBER MACHINE is mainly used for making pearl shaped fiber(for example,7D*52mm,3D*32mm,15d*52mm) from conjugated siliconized hollow fiber. This kind of special fiber can be used for garments, comforters, pillows, toys, and make products look more rich and fluffy. The size and tension of fiber ball can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement.The production ratio can reach 99%(about 1% not processing well)

sorry , our machines are used for processing polyester fibers, not for pet bottles processing
