Cruises can be had for as little as $40 per day. A decent cruise can be had for $60. You might not get exactly what you want, but you can definitely have a good time. Vacations don't need to be expensive to be good. They dont need to go perfectly (or even close) for you to have a good time.
There is a seven night msc western Caribbean cruise leaving port Canaveral on Feb 3rd. Airfare (from Minneapolis as that is where I live), hotels, and the cruise could be had for just a bit over $700 per person. It's not cheap, but most people could swing that. (And it's probably a fairly close itinerary to this video). Food is all inclusive on the cruise.
I'm not rich and I cruise all the time. I cruise out of Galveston but you can cruise from Florida cheaper. You can also book a cruise and make payments so you don't have to pay a lump sum at once.

I did that excursion in Cozumel back in 2011 including the Marcarena. 🇲🇽 Last year I swam with the manatees.
