Great advice, I was just about to get rid of my diving mask( and spend $70 for a new one) because it continually fogged up when I was swimming. Put some dishing liquid on both lenses following Christian's instructions and my mask stayed crystal clear my whole swim, well done Christian!!

Apply shaving cream, rub it in and then clean very well it with a dry paper towel or cloth until there is no more cream. Works on mirrors and windshields lasting up to 2-3 weeks, should also work on scuba gear.

I'm a swimmer and I usually use water mixed with baby soap. So if it gets in your eyes, it won't burn.

When it says tear free it’s not talking about tears (crying) it’s talking about tear as in tear paper in half . It’s saying the baby’s hair won’t tear.

I've tried the dish washing soap trick and it does work. For those that are concerned about the dish soap getting into your eyes, some folks I dove with recently recommended baby shampoo. I plan on trying that trick, and I bet it will smell better than the dish soap.

Great tips 👌🏻. And baby shampoo is a more common method on dive boats. Sadly I overspent on a Atomic Venom mask that ironically has been the worst mask for fogging ! Over a hundred US dollars and what a waste ! None of these techniques work. Time to sell it and I already bought a cheaper SEAC low volume mask to replace it. My cressi big eyes never gives me trouble. Live and learn I suppose and money thrown away !

When my younger bother and I were learning to dive when we were young I convinced him to pee in his mask because I saw Mike Nelson on Sea Hunt do it to prevent fogging. Ok so maybe I lied to him but he got even nay times over
