It is still usable, but I don't think it is currently best to build it. Snapdragon is also replaced by Mystic Flour even in Red Velvet Guild battle. But they can at least be used as a replacement.
A little tip is to only have Carol have about 25-27% cooldown since the second skill will always last 2 seconds. You can use other stats to increase her damage and etc.
i use carol cookie to mystic flour since they are literall op(carol paired to any cookie is op) .. but to make them work carol should have full damage toppings with bonus defenses .. that way they can survive even on the meta ..
You we're using the monocle at hollyberry that means mystic flour is able to apply -40.00% cooldown to hollyberry, Dispelling or purifying the pale plague just gives you another cooldown increase to hollyberry
Why not give mf atk speed buff? If you did instead of feather give them robes. Then mf would cast her skill faster. Allowing Carol cookie to reduce mf cooldown back to back.

No, I don't think she needs a nerf tbh. She's one of the first five cookies to receive soul jam, she's supposed to be stronger than pure vanilla on healing then, and you can only put 1 beast cookie in arena, anyways tho, goodluck i really hope you get her ^^

This teamcomp is so op in defense because its heal so much HP and have a little damage but its okay cause we can make it draw for the enemies
