Interestingly enough, in Vivienne's apartment, both the fridge and the bathroom amenities are available for Wei to be used like in any of his safehouses (sleeping, changing clothes or watching the CCTV is not allowed, however) after the mission.

It's in a lockbox found on the rooftops behind the K-Bar. Outside the back exit climb the green boxes and follow the parkour route.
