Why? It’s a part of Maharashtra first! What makes it a possession of the complete country? Is patna, indore, Hyderabad or any other city belonging to whole country? U can call it welcoming to new people and giving them new opportunities but that doesn’t mean it belongs to all of them! It has people of it’s own region who fought for it and staying there since years and deserve opportunities the same way they were welcoming to outsiders here. If at all it belongs to someone, it’s to them.
