if you want to be in the star program do somthing unique to rise your fame lisen most famous roblox youtubers are either veteran or having been making videos on the platform sense it's creation so I suggest you find somthing underrated kids game and play that game and slowing make videos on that specific game and depending on if you picked the right game the game will rise in populerity and it will almost be like if you played roblox in 2006 and started making the first youtube videos and if you see this comment credit me when your famous
