The tradition of the hog ( pig ) roast goes back millennia and is found in many cultures. There are numerous ways to roast pork, including open fire rotisserie style roasting . We Tried it , In Our Own Nepalese style . This was Our First ever attempt And We are Quit Satisfied with the Test .
