I'm a foreigner and an alumnus of a foreign military academy, but I hope that someone can answer my question: are only very prominent undergraduates and graduates mentioned in the Muster besides those that passed in the most recent years? My friend died, he was an Aggie and he was supposed to graduate in 2011, but his name wasn't called. I also couldn't find his name in the video "2019 Official Muster Worldwide Roll Call". Any info regarding my question would be appreciated.
Softly call the muster, let comrade answer "Here"

Family members need to submit the name of the person who passed in order to be honored at Muster ceremonies.
This is a great ceremony to get closure.
were not included
I am so disgusted that neither my husband LCDR Dennis Lee Hassman '88 or Col Glenn Starnes ;81 who both passed in the last 4 weeks were included
