The ancestral traumas are so deep and seemingly multilayered. I experience layers and degrees of awareness followed by partial healing, until the next layer comes to the surface. Sometimes it's an emotional layer manifesting and sometimes a physical layer. This is my experience and the process demands great patience and compassion for all and especially myself (not because I am so special but because it's challenging to keep finding more and more patience and compassion for myself). You know I renounced the paradigm I was born into back in November of last year...how did that come about so long before this new moon? So long before a whole lot of "let go" messages came in? I'm obviously not "working them consciously" - it's just happening. If I didn't know better I'd not think a thing of the timing and assume I was just "living my life." But, now I know I'm playing in a Symphony of Frequencies I can't hear with my physical ears but _it seems I'm consistently a few measures ahead in the Score._ ...it's all still very "strange" to me and I sincerely don't really understand it, but I suppose that's the "non-thinking" way of being. Thank you for your continual Witness to this experience, Dr. Heather.
P.S. Your discussion about our response to trauma reminds me of a time I was being bullied in 8th grade. I was a skinny runt and I was being bullied by a huge girl with safety pins through her ears and eyebrows. One day after she shoved me I got in _her_ way and said, "I could beat you to a pulp right now and _then_ you'll leave me alone, _or_ we can agree that you'll leave me alone right now." She thought for a second before she stuck out her hand and we wordlessly shook on it and she never touched me or interacted with me again. Not sure if that was "right" or "wrong" but it means a lot to me and still makes my eyes water nearly 40 years later. And I remember her name, Rosa Greenbaum. ...I wonder if she remembers mine.

Your words are very beautiful and continues to confirm what I have been feeling. On Monday of this week, I was provided a new meaning to the cross which was very interesting to feel. It showed me the top to bottom line as past and future and the left to right has to do with expansion. The center of the cross was bliss. Not to spend too much time there as polarization would occurred and moving forward would be not with natural rhythm. So similar to being on the top to bottom cross allowing past and future things to control.
Update: I now have felt the center and now feeling that as the inner child or still bliss. ♥️
