I've had 2 spine surgeries and have an implanted medical device on the left side of my abdomen. I have an old mattress that just kills me and I'm looking for something new. I would like to get a really soft cool mattress with an adjustable base that has features like massage etc.. I would say I sleep on my side, occassionally wind up on my back if I'm hurting. The mattress I have makes my neck, back, shoulder, arm, and the center of my back hurt a lot. What mattesses / bases would you suggest?

I purchased this exact bed and have had it for a few weeks now, it is comfortable but definitely NOT cooler, it's actually quite hot! I like to sleep on my stomach and have not been able to because I sink so much my back starts hurting and I sleep with a flatter pillow. I'm not big either. I weigh only 110lbs. I'm worried for when the summer months to come. I'd like to purchase the purple but 7,000 is a lot of money!

We tested this and the side support for this model is very weak. I weight 235lbs and when I sat at the edge of the bed or got near the edge while laying down, i absolutely felt like I was going to fall off the edge.

I'm gonn have to disagree with stomach sleepers needing a harder bed. I have a harder bed and it's miserable sleeping on my stomach. Wake up with back pain shoulder pain elbow pain. Firm beds don't allow you to sink in you just sleep on top and fight pain all night. So I would strongly disagree with your statement of needing firmer bed. Wrong

Disagree with you. When my hips sink I have insane lower back pain. You need a firm mattress but a little bit of cushioning. Like a winked plus for instance. You don't want your lower back to sink.
