Thank you! Many times when you are dealing some sort of trauma, there are somehow coming other people with the same kind of situations. At first it was little bit too painful when you are so near the center of it. That you almost turn those people away. But little later you can serve and help others .
Once i wasnt very awake when i had a call of comforting and supporting a couple. You begin to doubt if that feels somehow silly in your mind. And you usually cant picture the whole thing with strange person.

The depressing thing is, trying to help someone else when you're poor, people don't want your help. And when you do help, they're all like, why don't you help yourself. At that point, it's like, my problems are sooo big, they take sooo long to solve and as soon as they're solved, someone creates a new problem for me even bigger. And when someone does try to help me, in most cases, they make my problems worse and just abandon me.

I can understand you well. Rebbe Friedman merely makes suggestions and we are the ones who have to learn, enjoy the journey and work it . It took me a long time to overcome so many things. How did I get to this day? HaShem is my answer and I let it go. All I can say is a “Higher Power” helped coz I had a HUGE problem with people. I learned:
Nobody can do anything to us if we do not allow it. Which of course excludes our mothers who gave birth to us. Hence some of us are fortunate to have matriarch mothers.
May I suggest for you to watch
Garbo Matte and Addiction and Childhood Trauma. You can find it on TH-cam.

@@user-ln5il4un3x not necessarily truth, people do not like others to pile their problems on top of problems.
Stay Solution based, sometimes make your self first when others try to deplete you of your own energy.
      Morals + Values = Boundaries
      Balance is important.
Poor is the person who has not even a smile for another person. Poor is the one depleted of G-d.
I simply stay AWAY from people without morals. This becomes only difficult in the work environment. As long as you do the best you can do you help somebody else.
Boundaries are important. Build healthy relations, nothing happens overnight.
Make a plan for your self take steps toward improving and see it unfold.
We learn and lead by attraction not promotion.

After a person learns enough to have the correct values,
    They can apply them.
The hardest thing to understand is another person who doesn't work in tandem with you,
They have their own perception, its possible to have shared perceptions
    Which takes time..
Just wanted to add, a video came on my tv, as I was trying to find the previous video, so I could listen to a part again, then you spoke about something undesirable like a freckle.
    I hope I'm making sense.
This sentence should go after the next sentence, it's my phones fault.
Funny as i stop writing here, as on my phone the next video was,
How to connect with people/the hidden power of speech,
    That's is the answer.
The the sentence before this one appears after this one
    Complex.
The people who have the best interactions are people that communicate effectively.
    I guess it's a little more complicated,
    If your senses don't agree.
true I'm now confused because the two videos, no holds barred/why you must be, also this one I'm commenting on,
Has explained why I cant make up my mind, seems like now these are the conditions affecting my thought processes,
Puzzling when a person has to go over identical procedures,
I wish I could explain this in words but it feels like more than words
    It's like some spiritual energy.
I stopped painting some years back, today I actually feel as though I can only explain what I'm thinking in art or a millions words.
    Deeps thoughts.
I know the title of this video now.
Which added a ton of energetic unexplainable what ever it's called.

In 1976, after I had dreamed of becoming an astronaut since a child living in Houston in 1957-1958, I asked G-d to fulfill my dream. His answer: "Find out what's in the water. Do it as a parnassa (livelihood). " So I asked: "For how long?" "Until you become an astronaut!!" Well, after 46 years of analyzing water, wastewater, hazardous waste, and anything touched by water or in water, I'm still not an astronaut. But along the way our family environmental testing laboratory found work for many highly skilled immigrants including eight Jewish, Palestinan and Muslim scientists. We acted as a way station for each to go on to successful careers. Each in their 0wn way helped the lab continue successfully. One of the Jewish immigrants was Tatiana from Minsk in Belarus. When I started taking KabU lessons, I saw that Rav Lightman was also from Belarus!! So "ah hah, I thought, G-d wanted us to do something to open up the old Soviet Union, to increase travel and communcation." So then, I thought, now I see that G-d's purpose for ALL OF US is to prepare the way for Moshiach by fulfilling the Hassiic teaching that the coming of Moshiach is inevitable, ordinary and emminently practical. That was also our experience with the Russian-speaking immigrants. Their work was so good and dedicated to the task of analysis, the experience was entirely mutually beneficial....which IS THE WAY G-d needs us to show Moshiach's coming to be underway, simple, and mutually beneficial!

9:01 Please explain why the Rabbis are laughing about the concept that Hashem could punish or erase sin with suffering in this world. True, everything that happens is from Hashem and for our ultimate benefit but reward and punishment is one of the 13 Principles of Faith. We do get "punished" and suffering does erase sin in this world according to Torah sources I have heard other Rabbis explain. I'm familiar with Chassidus and positive thinking but the concept of punishment ("there's no tribulation without sin" etc.) is mainstream Judaism even if one wants to see what feels like suffering as compassion.
