I feel so bad that the one baby didnt make it. She rolled over with such determination and went and sat with her sibling like she was worried . They are so cute with their big bellies, i probably shouldnt say that though, theey were suffering and one died. They will be together again some day, in the meantime i hope the surviving baby has a long happy life

I found this online: Ascites in dogs is an abnormal buildup of fluid in the abdomen. It is also called abdominal effusion. There are many possible medical conditions in dogs that would cause such a buildup, and even though it can be treated, it's likely to return if the underlying condition remains. It goes on to day it could be parasites in the water or food, or the stomach can get blocked if it rotates (usually in larger dogs), or eating something that blocks the digestive tract. So this could be several different things. I'm glad you could help the little pup. Nice to see his little tail wagging at about 5 minutes in. Cute little pup.

I hope a friend who overfed my 6 week old kitten and caused her to blow up like this and nearly die reads this . I told her the kitten was just fed and to wait 2-3 hours before feeding her again. She ran off to feed the kitten as soon as I turned my back. The kitten looked like this.
I didn't have $400 for the emergency clinic to pump out her stomach. 6 years later and Merry Lynn Lake still won't say she is sorry for permanently hurting the kitten.
I know this was 3 years ago, but it still teaches people things, the doctors and vets are life savers, quite literally, its really nice to know that there are amazing people out there, who save lives and improve them, thanks to them 🤍
