I invested all of the money I had at 19 into land development deals and also lent money to other investors for thier projects but that’s not why I started doing way better financially. TH-cam itself actually pays me little to nothing, until a few months ago when I started taking on sponsorships so I could afford to hire people to help me make better videos for you guys haha So just wanted to address that, I’m not heavily invested in real estate yet 😁
