For athletic people….those who train and play hard regularly…..be it track & field, water or winter sports, anything…their heart muscles are much stronger. At a relaxed/resting mode, one pump of blood ❤️ ( ie heart rate) is equivalent to 1.5 or 2 heart beats of a regular person 💕. So it’s normal for them to have heart rates between 45-55 whereas a regular healthy person can be between 60 - 70+. So when they’re fully engaged in their field, they’ll reach a rate of 70+. And when the expert said, ‘Now let’s move on to the real training…,’ I would have fainted. Wow! And he still looks handsome even when exhausted. Oh Sanguk, my favorite fencer. 💚💛Brazil
