Hi, how do I do to offer the refusal button?

As soon as i toggled the block user from site until consent is recorded AND enable to reload page when consent is recorded, gdpr and ccpa became unchecked. So i rechecked them, and my toggles went back to off. Any advice?

I think you have to update to pro to do that. I tried the same.
