I have the ICOLOR 350. When sublimating the 20 oz tumblers in a oven, do you use the subli clean or is there another method? Also what would be the best paper to use for that application. I can not find any videos on this. Please help! thank you

You can use sublicean or choose to use STC9 chemical instead. Both will work to remove the residue! Plain copy paper is the best paper for toner based sublimation

Great video! Very informative. I was wondering why the specs say that the RIP software is for Windows software only? I’m a Graphic designer who uses a Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CAPTAIN K unfortunately any White toner rip software would be Windows only. It’s apple’s limitation not allowing developers to make it suitable for Mac. You have to use Parallels or bootcamp

Tony Jelev Thanks Tony, are those PC enablers? I heard it slows down your computer. Although I haven’t had much experience with them. I might just break down and pick up a cheap PC to use just for printing.

The IColor 540, 550, 560, 600, and 650 can do White toner Plus sublimation. The IColor 350 uses dedicated sublimation toner.

The iColor White toner printers can print on dark garments when used with the CMYW toner kit (included with the printer).
