Reg the centering of the xray - it should be medial border of the clavicle rather than the lateral border of the clavicle

Respected Doctor sahab good morning and warm wishes. I have attended your marvelous lecture over TH-cam over smart television of reading chest x- rays, although i have 15 years experience in Internal Medicine, i am speechless the way you taught us like children and you have made the reading chest x-rays so easy and approachable that i have no words to describe your efficiency in teaching. I am really lucky that i have accidentally bumped into this video which was picture perfect. Kindly made more and more videos on internal medicine topics, but i think you are a radiologist possibly. Anyhow you have made my day and i am so self confident & self content. These things like calculating cardiomegaly by formula in context to cardiothoracic ratio was first time i have ever encountered and nobody teaches you, i don't know why ? I salute for your commitment, consistency & simplicity. Thanks and regards.

For determining rotation on Xray,it's the medial end of clavicle and interspinous process distance that we look at.
Not the lateral boundary of clavicle as u said.
